Cleaned and analyzed large-scale data on academic uptake, churn, and yield, and applied root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement. Created dashboards and visual reports in Python and Power BI to drive data-informed strategic decisions.

Project: Developed student pathways based on career interests, using PCA, LDA, and cluster analyses to segment students into 5 clusters based on elective selection across 4,000+ courses.
