Exploring the Role of App Features in Providing Continuity of Care to Users on a Digital Mental Health Platform (Wysa): Retrospective Mixed Methods Observational Study

This paper dissects the impact of Wysa as a Mental Health support tool: how it helps continue therapy-based practices between therapist-client sessions, and how it can encourage continued attendance to therapy sessions and continued reflection outside of them. It involves a mixed-method approach that utilizes inferential statistics, regression analyses and qualitative coding. Find the paper here.
